What You’ll Learn & Achieve:

How It Works:
The transformation starts with a 10-day Detox Boost where you’ll reduce toxic foods, refined sugars, caffeine, alcohol, and chemicals. Why do 1 on 1 Personal training?

You may feel intimidated in a group if you're just starting out. If you're new to weights it's good to get your technique perfected before joining the group. Or you may have a specific goal that you feel will be better achieved on your own. Sometimes it's good to just have all eyes on You and 100% attention to your needs. You might just want pushing to your maximum, whatever your priority is, you get.

Why do group training classes?

Working out in a group is the best. It keeps the cost of your fitness classes down, but you are still getting the individual attention you need.
Group outdoor training gets you outside in fresh air, is very social if you want to be, and still getting you a great fitness or weight loss workout.
You get to meet new people who may share the same goals, so you can train to achieve them together.

My name is Carolyn and I've been a health fanatic for over 30 years and now I am a personal trainer Bayside Melbourne for 23 years!

Don't get me wrong, I love my share of bad foods, but I've trained my body over the years to burn it off. I can teach you too. I love a good 'healthy eating Shred' every now and then, but all in moderation means I don't have to 'diet'. Let's face it, no one likes that word, and we shouldn't have to use it.
